SHIPPING + EXCHANGES
Western & Co. ships via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground shipping, based on cost affordability. For in stock items, your order will ship within 7 business days. Once shipped, please allow for up to 8 business days for your order to arrive for US orders. International orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive and customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs owed at items arrival.
Returns for store credit only for all U.S orders. You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return eligible items. Final and sample sale items cannot be exchanged for store credit.
How will I receive my store credit?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 7-14 business days after the delivery of your Return to our facility. Upon inspection if it is completely free of wear, your store credit refund will be processed.
You will also be responsible for all shipping charges when you exchange, and it is recommended to get tracking information. Western & Co. will not be responsible in the event that it goes missing. Sale items are FINAL SALE. If an item is purchased via Afterpay, a fee of 6% will be taken off the store credit amount to cover the fees charged to us at the time of purchase.
We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We come out with new styles and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out.
Questions are welcome prior to your purchase. We work hard to provide detailed measurements and descriptions for each of our products. Please understand that due to the nature of some materials (i.e. leather) and being a handmade product, they may vary from one item to another. How do I initiate a store credit return?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Package your item in the original packaging (if the box is in good shipping condition). Generally we try to approve returns quickly, but please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to get back to you.
