Western & Co. ships via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground shipping, based on cost affordability. For in stock items, your order will ship within 7 business days. Once shipped, please allow for up to 8 business days for your order to arrive for US orders. International orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive and customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs owed at items arrival. 


We gladly offer exchanges for items of the same price within 30 days of the order fulfillment date. If you wish to purchase an item at a higher amount, please initiate a return for store credit and purchase the higher priced item with the gift card sent to your email address. For higher priced items, availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange. You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return eligible items. Final and sample sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of Western & Co, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery.  Gift recipients who return an item but do not want an exchange will be issued a merchandise credit. You will receive an email notification upon receipt of your return.


You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return eligible items. Final and sample sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. All returns will be deducted a $15 dollar restocking fee. Returns for store credit will not be charged a restocking fee.  Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, worn, or missing embellishments may not be returned. Returns for online purchases are only accepted online and not at a Western & Co retailer. All December purchasers requesting a return or exchange must do so no later than January 4. How will I receive my store credit?

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 7-14 business days after the delivery of your Return to our facility. Upon inspection if it is completely free of wear, your store credit refund will be processed. There is a $15 shipping and handling fee for returns (excluding store credit).

Western & Co. will not be responsible in the event that it goes missing. Sale items are FINAL SALE. If an item is purchased via Afterpay, a fee of 6% will be taken off the store credit amount to cover the fees charged to us at the time of purchase. 

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We come out with new styles and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out.

Questions are welcome prior to your purchase. We work hard to provide detailed measurements and descriptions for each of our products. Please understand that due to the nature of some materials (i.e. leather) and being a handmade product, they may vary from one item to another. How do I initiate an exchange or return?
