Returns & Exchanges

 

At Western & Co., we want you to love your purchase! If it doesn’t work out, here’s how our returns and exchanges process works:

 

Click HERE to initiate your return. Package your item in the original packaging (if the box is in good shipping condition). 

 

Returns:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return eligible items.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns will incur a $15 restocking fee unless you are returning for store credit (no restocking fee for store credit returns).
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for return, items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and embellishments. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item appears worn or used.
  • Final Sale ItemsSample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale ItemsRegular sale items can be exchanged for a different size or color at no charge. If you wish to return a sale item, we can offer store credit only.
  • December Purchases: Returns or exchanges for December orders must be made by January 4th.
  • Online Returns Only: Returns for online orders are only accepted online, not at physical retailers.

Exchanges:

  • We offer free exchanges for items of the same price within 30 days of order fulfillment.
  • For exchanges of higher-priced items, return the original item for store credit and use that credit to purchase the new item. Availability is not guaranteed.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 10-12 business days for exchanges to be processed and shipped.
  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
  • Gift Returns: Gift recipients who wish to return an item but don’t want an exchange will receive store creditinstead.

Store Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued as an E-Gift Card sent to your email within 7-14 business days after your return is processed and approved.
  • $15 Return Shipping Fee applies (except for store credit returns).
  • Afterpay Purchases: If you used Afterpay, a 6% fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the fees charged to us during the transaction.
  • Store Credit Never Expires: Take your time to use your store credit, which can be applied to future purchases.

Shipping Information:

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPSFedEx, or UPS Ground, depending on the best rate.
  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 7 business days for in-stock items.
  • US Orders: After shipping, please allow up to 8 business days for delivery.
  • International Orders: Shipping can take 1-2 weeks, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or tariffs due at arrival.

  • Product Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products (such as leather), each item may vary slightly in texture, color, and overall appearance from what’s shown on the website.
